"We would like to discuss about Europe. To us, talking about Europe today means at the same time to investigate over a rather important form of global capitalistic dominion, which we call by the name of Empire, and of multitude’s constituent struggles..." from the proposal for European assembly.

Introductions of Vittorio Sergi
"This is an open assembly to permit to european movements to express and compare themselves and to open a new phase. We are conscient to represent a partiality of these movements that live down and from the left autonomally, that split up with the imagery of kind of movements which came out from Praga, characterized by practical actions. We look for the realisation of needs and desires, that starts from the defence of social spaces, of retaken spaces, as the communication instruments"

Marcello Tarì - Uninomade
"Let’s start talk about the Europe issue, of the Europe that exists in reality and not of that one we wish to have.
That Europe that we fought against. That issue that for us means struggle against the European government, with or without its constitution.
We choose life, the conflict and this choice is the winner one. we are a lot here to demostrate this, we are out of the logic of representance, for european exension of disobedients behaviours against capitalism.
Our choice is a definition of dualism: we are one side, and on the other one there are people who makes war.
We decide who, where, and when we want to hit, starting from our territories sharing with oher persons like us and that like us hit the power. We share our way to hit this power starting from the concepts of antiracism, antifascism, anticapitalism and against war.
We are the one who have to start this attack to europe because of our being autonomous. We want to sabotage the mechanism of control and we want to destroy the fortress.
The democracy in Europe is absolut or it is not democracy. It is not enough the self-representation of precarity, and also it is not enough just use symbols, everythings must be conquered.
As we are against borders, we are against exploitation. We want to share this struggle with whom wants to fight for the realization of their desires building moltitude in authonomy."

Sebastian - Copenhagen
"Yesterday the city of Cristiania voted in favour of itself.
It is not the way we wanted to build the Copenaghen movement.
we struggled not only for the right for a house but our fight includes that of emigration, of criminalization of Islam, of young people, of hip hop and graffities. The fight for Hungdonsuset wanted to created something different. If we look at Denmark we can see that social movement has been marginalized and this has taken to the loss of Hungdonsuset.
Starting from this struggle we must understand how to be stronger and how to destroy the capitalism, and from this new fight we will create other ones stronger and more powerful in which we will fight again together."

Mathias - Stockholm
"For us, the constitution of the european unification has meant an opportunity to create new spaces of struggle within the whole Europe, in which we found a lot of movements, similar but also different from us.
We are trying to share common experiences of struggle, through the same structure used by the globalisation, such as sindacate, but we are trying to work also as radical and autonomous.
For example, about the dismissions, in spite of fighting only on the concerning environment, we occupied underground with direct action."

Marcus - Finland
"We share the same idea with Mathias, about our experience of struggle, starting from a local action to join the north european movements.
The heritage of the no-global feelings is now seen quite widely but it difficult to organize it.
And the strenght of these fights is that of putting first their basic needs, overtaking the ones of political parties."

Thomas - Germany
"In this moment, in Germany, we are working a lot on the organisation of the G8 in Rostok, with great result and participation.
During G8, europeans wibes will discuss about their strategies and Europe.
It is also important that that sindacates decided to stop and organize themselves as a social movement breaking with the classical dinamics of representance."

Andrea - Berlin (Germany)
"Europe does exists. That’s why we must talk about resistance that exists in this space.
And we must understand how to share these experience and this social struggle.
When we do organize in a global action, we can go a lot further and this is why the future will be ours!"

"Also for us the starting points must be our experiences and our social spaces also if we know that there are a lot of difficulties in trying to split up the powerness and its structure."

Andrej - Lubjana
"From our point of view, conflicts get their importance when they are expressed in the everyday life and in the possibility of a real construction of an alternative.
New experience are born from this spaces, and they are defensed in the local but attacked from the central government.
The space of common struggle and of self-valorisation will be the starting point of our intervention until the G8 in Rostok."

Salonicco - Greek
It’s not enough the willing of resistance and the actions, we need organized spaces in which compare and act. If we want to win, we will overcome the past ideas to create an international resistant movement, which already still exist but it needs an international coordination. We saw and understood this during the university struggles.
The fight doesn’t have to be better than one other, they all have to unite angainst capitalism, for the life against death.

Maria - Virus group Atene (Greek)
It is important the space of everyday life but also that of Europe, because it’s the only one in which we can fight against repression and so we must start from social space to talk about themselves, because they are not strengthened.
we must share our experience thinking about that they are different, and work to build a world in which cohabit many worlds and accept ourself as people that fight for a different future.

Ulia - Cantiere Milan (Italy)
"We are all different and we are here building a common sense to make moltitude, to construct autonomy and worlds, in which there must be spaces for other worlds.
To build this common sense we must give us a cooperation pact and share our capacities and our struggles. We have been called many times a moltitude, a precarity,a migrant, a metissage, against war and exploitation, against the european fortress, the capitalism, the neoliberalism, with real needs and real dreams to which the representance would never be able to give an answer.
We need to meet on an european space to free our body from all the costriction about who we must love, who we must share our lives with and so on.
It is necessary to split up precarity and life from a future of global war and of european fortress also dismantling and shutting down the Centre of Permanent Detention (CPT).
We can not let our life slipping into this apparent democracy or into Second Life, a virtual satisfaction, represented by our common needs."

Alberto - Esc Rome (Italy)
"I will start my discussion from the European issue. An issue that exists inside a lot of fight and conflicts.
The local differences shows great diversities, one from the other and not comparable.
This is one of the biggest european assembly i have ever attended to.
We should see some of the existent mobilisations from an european point of view from now.
Our work at university, in particular the formation aspect, is a common reality in the whole europe and that is because the formation process is part of the life of everybody!"

Tommy - Barcelona (Spain)
"The conclusion of the regional unilateralism policy of Aznar has finished from the 11th to the 14th of march.
In this situation also the classical form of the movement organisation fell into a crisis, leaving the space to moltitudinary movements that ended in the realisation of the governance as spanish style (with Zapatero).
From university to social centre, a new big wibe of self-organisation was born.
We should say that nothing is impossible if we stay together and we share a struggle."

Torret - Seville (Spain)
"This assembly is the point of non-return for the construction of a movement wibe that fight for global rights.
We fight against Detention Centre because they are a european institution that create a new europe and because they are illegal space and we will destroy them!
Today is for us the beginning of a new research about new forms of organisation.
We are migrant and precarious sindacalism that is built thinking how to combine the political and the economical organisation.
For us, the political question is: how shall we win? We are the grown of a moltitude precarity which have to create a new strenght that starting from the difference should modify in unity this Europe that we do not like as it is now.
We want to be in these struggles and go on against this Europe."

Sandro Mezzadra - Uninomade
"Today’s assembly presented a new panorama, rich in movements and struggles which pass through europe and keep it open to transformation. We confirm the authonomy of movements as a principle from which the politic of transformation starts, especially in terms of richness in cooperation and ability of create something new. We are talking about the ability of the movements in Europe to conquer the european dimension of the political action and to construct an european space beyond the political and economical borders.
This is a capacity born from the development of struggles, practices and subversive behaviour in europe, new form of life, imaginary and the technology that are the base of our political action. We have to know the new composition of the contemporary "living work" with great projects of militant research that are able to create the european dimension.
The theme of migrations has taught us to let us drive by subjectivity of the movements and of migrant’s struggles. It has taught us also a lot about the spaces and mobile borders of europe that everyday are in our cities as dispositive of division of work. These struggles and these movements build everyday the space of the "Other Europe".
Starting from Global Meeting we want to build a space where this work of research can start to collect their results: a space in which underline the technique of fights and research."

Federico - Bruno Trento (Italy)
We also want to start from the experience of the territiories and of social centres.
We want to be radical and create a conflict in a city which has never live conflict before and where the social centre has been dislodged.
Painting the statue of a bear in Trento, we chose to create a connection with Copenaghen resistance and all the other social centre under attack.
From Copenaghen to Trento the social centres and their radicality resist!

Nicola - Uninomade Padoa (Italy)
"The question that we always made in this assembly, how we can stay togheter, is the real sense of Global meeting and of this discussion we have had.
We need to start from the assumed idea that all the representation existing before, even those of the movements, are overtaken from the reality of things, from conflicts and from the struggle of the moltitude. What should come out from today’s assembly is a pact of mutual help around some common topics.
One of this topic is the process towards the G8 in Rostok.
Another pact we can sign is about the social centres, which are related together against power, with freedom and exodus.
One purpose is to demostrate in front of the mexican’s consulates in europe on the 4th and 5th of may, as it has been asked from our mexican’s brothers, to claim the liberation of the prisoners of Atenco. Around this way of staying together we can think of a new way to relation between eachother."
